Terms and Conditions of the Leaflet Design Competition

1. 1. Participant must be an active Soegijapranata Catholic University student who registers as individual or as a team with maximum of 5 members. Each participant can only register once.
   
3. 2. Participant can design the leaflet using CorelDraw or Adobe Photoshop, size of ½ (elongated) super A3 paper, and the leaflet must be fully in English. (There’s a mistake of the sizing in the poster)
   
5. 3. Content : Complete but brief information about all study programs in Soegijapranata Catholic University, attractive facts about Soegijapranata Catholic University, and the information about international program (for more information, please contact us personally), and the email of International Affairs and Cooperation Office Soegijapranata Catholic University.
7. 4. Participant can add pictures and photos related to Soegijapranata Catholic University to support their design.
9. 5. A statement letter stating that participant is responsible for every design including the application of photos, pictures, and illustrations if in the future there is a claim from a third party regarding the materials used in the design MUST be attached with the design.
11. 6. Every design MUST be submitted before January 10, 2020 via email tu.io@unika.ac.id in .cdr or .psd format, along with the participant(s) name, student number, and every participants email (team).
13. 7. Participant MUST follow official International Affairs and Cooperation Office (@io.unika_official) on Instagram.
15. 8. Every participant MUST submit the printed design in ½ A3 paper size along with the statement letter(s) to International Affairs and Cooperation Office Soegijapranata Catholic University, Mikael Building, 2^nd
17. 9. Every design that has been submitted will become the property of Soegijapranata Catholic University.
19. 10. The winners will be announced at 23 January 2020.
21. 11. Assessment criteria :
    • Content : dense and informative content
    • Creativity : creative layout and design
    • Accuracy : Precise sizing and accurate language
